4. Freight Shipping Policy
For heavy or oversized products, freight delivery will apply.

Curbside Delivery Only: The freight carrier will deliver your item to the curb or driveway. Inside delivery or installation is not included unless arranged in advance.

Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time.

Inspection Required: Please inspect all packages before signing the delivery receipt. If visible damage exists, note it on the delivery document and contact support@rangehoodhq.com immediately with photos.
Failure to report shipping damage at delivery may void eligibility for a damage claim.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
