At Range Hood HQ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make your experience smooth and transparent.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item in accordance with the following policy.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return new and unopened products sold by Range Hood HQ within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below:

All products require prior return authorization from Range Hood HQ before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original manufacturer’s packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is a result of our error (for example, an incorrect item or quantity shipped), Range Hood HQ will cover all return shipping costs.

For all other returns (including change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund once the returned product arrives at our distribution center and has been inspected.
The typical refund timeline includes:

Transit Time: The time for your return to reach our facility.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days after receipt to inspect and process your return.

Bank Processing Time: An additional 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Range Hood HQ error.
5. Products That Are Not Returnable
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature or customization:

Products from orders older than 30 days

Custom, imprinted, or special-order merchandise (including logoed or personalized items)

Discontinued or clearance items

Perishable or grocery products

Items that show signs of use or installation

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or item, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the product and packaging.

Keep all original packaging materials.
We will review your claim and arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
8. Return Address
After authorization, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.
Do not ship items back to the manufacturer directly unless instructed.
